These are the four reasons why customer satisfaction levels at car dealerships are falling.

According to the 2016 J.D. Power Customer Service Index Study for the Philippine automotive market, customers are less satisfied with their after-sales experience with their cars than last year, with the average service satisfaction supposedly down by 15 points this year at 822 from last year's 837.
