Ken Block's Gymkhana Eight video is out now!

It has been a long time coming. It has been over a year since Ken Block released his Gymkhana Seven: Wild in the Streets of Los Angeles video on YouTube which featured him in his mad, 845hp custom-built 1965 Ford Mustang coupe. Well, the man who has made a tradition of releasing a Gymkhana video once a year is now back in his trusty flame-spitting 650hp Ford Fiesta ST Rallycross race car, only this time he'll be tearing down the streets of Dubai with the help of no less than the city's Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Gymkhana Eight: Ultimate Exotic Playground; Dubai is as outrageous as Block's past Gymkhana videos and Dubai as the backdrop certainly fits the theme, from the exotic animals to the Dubai Police Force's supercar fleet. Block also drove his Fiesta around a variety of obstacles, like a Ford F-150 Raptor pickup that was driving on its two right wheels and even a Boeing 747. Of course, in a land where supercars are aplenty, Block also had his Fiesta race against a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, a Bugatti Veyron, a Lamborghini Aventador, and a Lexus LFA, with only the Veyron seemingly able to catch up with the Fiesta RX race car. Oh, yeah, Ford's new GT and Focus RS also appeared briefly in the video.
