Celebrate Oktoberfest at the Circuit Brew Fest on October 17

The month of October is usually associated with the Oktoberfest, the "world's largest Volksfest (beer festival)" that's celebrated annually in Munich, Germany.  And since we Filipinos love beer as much as our Teutonic counterparts, it's no surprise that we celebrate it locally as well - though more for commercial reasons, really.

One such example is an event Ayala Land will be hosting on October 17, 2015 that it has dubbed as Circuit Brew Fest.

To be held at at the Globe Circuit Events Ground in Circuit Makati, over 30 artisinal beer variants made by micro-brewers like Craftpoint Brewing Co., Craft Beer Asia, Joe's Brew, Holgate Brewer, Nipa Brew, Baguio Craft Brewery and Palaweno Brewery will be available for connoisseurs.

Of course, beer drinking won't be complete without the requisite pulutan which will be provided by the merchants of Circuit Lane. And to go with these are musical entertainment from ex-General Luna vocalist and certified babe Nicole Asensio, Brass Munkeys,  Flippin' Soul Stompers, Marmalade, Blue Jean Junkies and The Zombettes.

Tickets to the Circuit Brew Fest cost a tad pricey P1,000 each thought that comes with a prepaid tap card that has a consumable value of P800 in it which you can use "for all transactions during the event." Groups of eight may also avail of tables that cost P15,000 each and is inclusive of eight prepaid tap cards with a consumable value of P800 per card to go with eight special beer mugs.

So, if you fancy yourself a beer connoisseur or you're just looking to have a good time on October 17, you can buy your ticket to the Circuit Brew Fest at The Bottle Shop, The Brewery, "and all participating breweries and merchants or you may also call Valor dela Cruz at 0917-9341402."

See you there!
